VAT | Payment is by credit/debit card, cheque or cash at the time of examination. If your animal is covered by Pet Healthcare Insurance this should cover the costs of their treatment with us. Terms and Conditions | Your animal is likely to be prescribed Prescription Only Medicines (POMs) as part of their therapy. These can be obtained directly from us or you can request a prescription to allow you to obtain the medicines from another veterinary surgeon or a licensed pharmacy. A vet may only prescribe POM medicines if the animal is under his care - this generally means that the animal has been regularly examined, though the interval between examinations varies with the nature of the condition and is at the discretion of the veterinary surgeon. |
